The concept

The history of La Ric began in the mid-80s in one of the most elegant cities in the world — Vienna. The aristocratic elegance and charm that the capital of balls, waltzes and royal residences is famous for largely explain why the concept was born here, which became the epitome of classic luxury.
Its founder, Sonya Prusek, first thought about creating natural, pleasantly relaxing cosmetics with an instant effect during the travels that were part of her modeling career. She was inspired to implement the idea by her husband’s family business, the Aida confectionery chain, and the idea that you can enjoy the grooming process in the same way as gourmets enjoy treats. In addition, Prusek herself has always been a passionate fan of body products and fragrances, which was a decisive factor in founding her own brand.

Sonya offered a fundamentally new look at hand and foot care and laid the foundation for premium service in the category: what was called “manicure” and “pedicure” in the menu of services at that time, in the La Ric universe turned into a sensual journey with aromatherapy, luxurious cosmetic blends made according to traditional recipes, and massage.
